USA. After 150 years of peace, it seems America is about to start another Civil War. The American Civil War, also known as the War between the States or simply the Civil War, was a civil war fought from 1861 to 1865 between the United States (the “Union” or the “North”) and several Southern slave states that declared their secession and formed the Confederate States of America (the “Confederacy” or the “South”)

Last month, the US senate opened a gun control debate. The bipartisan move marks the most serious consideration of gun control legislation in 19 years. After a proposal to expand criminal background checks on gun buyers was made, things went south.

James Porter, the new president of the National Rifle Association, whose father was NRA president has convinced members at the NRA convention that President Barack Obama was seeking to kill the Second Amendment and even went as far as calling him a “fake president.” A unanimous decision was reached to go to war with any state that tries to take away their right to bear arms.

The Southern states have already established military funding from the LeQuint Dickey Mining Co. and are prepared for war. This could be the beginning of America’s second civil war, or the “War of Northern Aggression” as it’s known in the South.

  3. I’m for everyone having as many guns as they want, as long as they are single-shot muskets from ca. 1776 since the Constitution was written around that time………..lol

Then you will also be for free speech only when you stand on a soapbox and scream at the top of your lungs, or not use the internet.
      makes about as much sense…

  4. Well, considering the government isn’t actually trying to take guns away, do you think this will go anywhere or do you think tensions will get high enough that it will spark something anyway?

  5. America already eats three square meals of guns per day, and it’s still not enough. Why must there always be an all you can eat offer?

  6. Gee I didn’t even know! I hope Illinois is in the North!

  7. Nice article…enjoyed it very much. Too bad that whenever someone wants to try and look into possible solutions for excesses, everyone gets up in arms!

  8. Do the states and localities with the strictest gun control laws have the highest gun violence rates or does it just seem that way?

Over 500 murders in Chicago in 2012, a city which has some of the strictest gun control in the country. In 2012, Houston had 216 murders that same year.

From what I understand, they’re not trying to take away the right to bear arms, just not assault rifles, and limit the amount f nutjobs who can get a gun.

And pistols, rifles that share any charectoristics of a military weapon, any shotgun holding more than 4 rounds and any magazines over 7 rounds……which there are no 7 round magazines. Or If you live anywhere liberal controlled an outright ban on firearms of any kind in city limits. That’s not too strict right?
